• What is your price range?
• What types of floor plans do you offer?
• What kinds of amenities can you provide?
• Has there been any special assessment financing for the selected property?
• Could window coverings be installed during the building process and included in the mortgage?
• How can I find a good mortgage company, and what are the key differences from one company to another?
• How do you compare with other builders? Why are your prices higher/lower?
• What kind of warranty does LeeMark Builders offer, and what are the critical factors in evaluating a warranty?
• Is there anything in your contract about material changes? Don't I have to give you approval first?

Who are the LeeMark Builders ?

LeeMark Builders Inc was formed in 1996 by the Prevot brothers in response to the need for a full service construction company for home owner remodeling projects in the Belen, Los Lunas, Bosque Farms and Albuquerque areas.  Leemark Builders later expanded to include residential and commercial new construction projects.

Mark Prevot who holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from New Mexico State University is President and CEO.  Leon Prevot who holds a BS degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico leads the small project group with a hands on approach.  Our philosophy is tried, tested, and true: If it isn't done right, it isn't worth doing at all. We refuse to do any job poorly just to save some money now, because in the end a poorly done job will end up costing more. We pride ourselves in quality workmanship done in timely manner, exceeding a homeowner's expectations.

We are experts at repairing fire damaged homes as well as new construction and remodeling.  We understand that making the decision to remodel or not can be quite a daunting task, even small change can make a dramatic difference to the appearance or functionality of your home.  LeeMark's highly trained and friendly staff work closely with the homeowner throughout the remodeling process, from the initial planning to the final clean-up, to ensure that the remodeling process goes as smoothly as possible and the end result turns their house into their perfect dream home.

How many estimates do I really need?

Only one if you are comfortable with your remodeling contractor in getting the job done to your satisfaction and price. These days just getting an estimate is a task in itself. Trust is very important in choosing a construction company! One of the biggest myths today in remodeling is that you need three estimates. Find a contractor you can build a relationship with.
